LIVING LEGENDS LUNCHEON Wednesday, March 17, 12:15 - 1PM Please join ELEMENT as we take some time to hear the history of gay Denver and appreciate the men who've helped shape the vibrant community where we live. For this, our second luncheon of 2010, we've invited Karl Jaeckel to bring us back to early 1980's and revisit his role in the formation of the Rocky Mountain Rainbeaus. As the founder, he will be able to answer any and all questions about our very own GLBT square dancing club. ELEMENT Conversation Series — Almost History? Tuesday, March 23, 6 - 8PM A celebration of elders, this conversation explores our ideas of aging as gay men. As a community, do we cast our elders aside or do we create ways of honoring them as valued members of our tribe? This conversation may provide new opportunities for intergenerational community and a new perspective of what it means to age in the gay men's community. For more information on our Conversation Series or to let us know you're coming, give Christopher at call at 720.382.5900, ext. 10.
